Yeah, so there's a video iPod. I think it's great in theory. BUT...what are we going to watch on this thing? Madonna's music videos? Episodes of DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES for $2?
This guy says he's figured out how to create iPod-ready video from TiVo recordings, but it's complicated and slow. Trust me, I tried the process and I could't even get it to work. So...until TiVo and Apple strike a deal that makes transferring TiVo recordings to the iPod simple, or unless someone figures out a simple and affordable way to get content on the thing, it's like having a gun with no bullets, pretty useless.
